At The Visual Speech we created these explainer videos for the Barcelona City Council to explain the Barcelona management model to the public in a visual, direct and understandable way.
Each client, each project has its own needs and in this case, we believed that the subject matter of these three videos needed a special formal treatment, a mixture of real images, technical illustration, and motion graphics.
When your goal is to help people understand something new, there is nothing better than an explainer video, like the ones we have here, which we made for the Barcelona City Council. The Strategic City Framework is not exactly an easy and entertaining subject to explain unless you master the technique of the explainer video.
The technique we use here, which we could call collage, is very interesting and at the same time surprising, because it mixes cartoons, real images, photographic or moving images and the graphics of texts and graphic resources. The result is a piece that attracts the audience and keeps them interested in the content of the video.
